We're looking for an exceptional Member of Technical Staff to join our team and help build the next generation of our platform. This is a senior-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating high-quality software solutions.
As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work across our full technology stack and contribute to critical product decisions that will shape the future of our company.
Role
We're seeking a senior engineer with at least 5 years of experience (or equivalent demonstrated ability) to take on significant technical challenges and drive meaningful impact across our platform.
You'll be working with our core technology stack including Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, AWS, and PostgreSQL, building scalable systems that serve our growing user base.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Python
- Build and maintain robust APIs using FastAPI
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Work with PostgreSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent demonstrated exceptional ability)
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Experience with React and modern frontend development practices
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks
- Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship high-quality software products
- Willingness to work long hours when needed to meet critical deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000+ USD
- Equity: 2-5% depending on experience and fit
